the brave little toaster

phineasjoneskitty's doing well. she's very sleepy and keeps trying to lick her shaved belly. but well other than that. she is the most affectionate kitty ever. after we bring her in a box to a place where they drug her and cut her open and put her back in a box, she gets home and all she wants to do is cuddle with us. love!
i'm in a kind of ... state. what kind of state? hm. the study project was fine while it was within the allotted time frame. now that it's the end of the day after we were supposed to be done and there are still little bits of project left unfinished, i'm not in my happy place. i am sadly but powerfully attached to my own sense of order. i feel off kilter. but i don't know what to do about it.
