i watched the second half of veronica mars last night, the first i'd watched of the show at all. and i sat there with a very puzzled expression on my face? thinking, no, it couldn't be what it seems to be. but judging from the squee on the flist this morning, yes, indeed it was what it seemed to be. also, i didn't understand, like, anything.

i knew that would be more or less the case, but... huh?

in the recs department:

omg, i can't believe the remus-y goodness of right now. there was minervacat's amazing story and now, from callmesandy, there is this tiny gem of a ficlet. again, with the painful and gorgeous and perfect. so right on that i don't really want to say anything else about it... you should just read it. in the same post is a truly wonderful remus/ron. the second of two i have ever read (the other being circe_tigana's) and beautiful and full of melancholy hope.

since i'm no longer in rehearsal on tuesday nights, i could go with mmm_cake to her gilmore girls-watching & crafting evening at her friends' house.

i haven't watched in a long time (due to rehearsals) but i've been keeping up with the main events. ( last night's ggs )

omg, this is driving me CRAZY! i can't remember an hp character's name! the weird, pointless draco double from OotP. wtf is his name? i feel that i should just remember and not have to look, so i'm not looking. but if one of you were to tell me... that would be ok.
