i have a holiday lunch with my fellow church employees at 12. rehearsal starts at 7:30. i have a little planning to do, but mostly the time in between is free. there's a 2:15 showing nearby. how could i not go?

ok, so i'm feeling a little guilty that i have all this movie-inspired angst and am crying all over the place at the drop of a hat while my girl is under crazy pressure to do large amounts of difficult work. yes, it's a movie that's got me all worked up. ::hangs head:: but what can you do?

will you all please admire my dutifulness? instead of seeing rotk this afternoon, i had a pointless meeting with the minister and proofread my girlfriend's labor history paper.

but fear not, gentle reader! i have purchased a ticket for the 10:20 showing nearby. i am insane, yes. certifiable. but i will see my hobbits tonight, oh yes. now i just have to find some victuals, lead a rehearsal, have a brief party with my choir (not so rough) and then i can be off to the theater. nnng. ::twitches::

my throat hurts. i am somewhat chagrined to say that i think it's because of all my pathetic sobbing over the movie. like, really. oy.
