selling my soul

interview and skills test at a temp agency today. fun times. meh, i'm so fuckin sleepy right now. i stayed up til 1 last night becaue... of the extreme urgency of reading sirius/remus? ::bitch slaps self for being an idiot:: now i can barely keep my eyes open.

started the new job last night. it's going to be, um, interesting. and not much by way of musically fulfilling. but i'll be working on my piano skills, and that's something. the women are nice... they seemed to like me enough, so it's a fair start.

and today is craziness from here on out. the interview, come home, change, pack up, go to judy's, shop for bed, go to physical therapist, drive her home, get on pike, meet the kids for the buffy (the part i am most looking forward to) and... oh yeah, phew, that's it. just no breaks in between. :( and i'm really nervous that traffic will make me late for the buffy. nooooo! i wish i weren't driving judy today... i could leave earlier and roam around noho and that would be lovely. alas. mais ca va.

what am i doing? i have to get my ass on the subway. and i haven't completed the make-up phase of this morning's foof-fest. ok ok. but... i was just thinking i didn't really squee enough about this evening -

the buffy is that much more exciting because i'll be watching it in hampton of the north variety with scottxwl, harrimad_sol, fuschia and soulstorage. this will be my first time meeting lj people in real life. woo! and i have me the keys to siena's mom's beautiful house in case i don't want to drive all the way home tonight. and siena's mom will not be in said beautiful house. all for me! muahhahaha!

yes, i am very excited. i am also so tired i'm about to fall asleep on the keyboard. must go now. train. interview. bleh.

quickie

survived skills test despite horrible memories of my admin days and being so tired i felt drunk. oh goodie, now i can get me some mind-numbing work.

to do in the next 20 minutes:
- change into normal human clothes
- pack up a few overnight items
- download sirius/remus chaps to laptop for tonight's reading
- oh! pack my knitting
- eat something
- get ass out door

um, scottxwl? is it ok if judy comes tonight? don't know the likelihood...

also, starbuckle - waah! i miss you. ::kiss kiss:: meeting lj people tonight gives me hope that one day you and i really can be in the same place at the same time. yes.
