yoga issues

phineasjonesfor some reason, i can never go from downward facing dog into a right leg forward lunge. it's like my leg's too long and doesn't fit under me. i suppose it's more likely that i have bad form. alas. heheh. i always love at the end of this yoga tape when we get to 'twisted sage pose.' heh. that rodney yee, he's such a card.
rach is off to the northeastern open house today. i hope she has fun. ::twists hands:: i'm so frickin excited for her.
there is snow predicted for today. again! i love snow. still, even in march. but, please no more on thursdays. especially thursdays when i have lunch plans with camilla and i'll need to drive to the burbs for rehearsal.
