this makes me particularly happy today since i just had to mark myself 'single' on a jury duty form.

yeah. and we're not even legally married in MA. first of all, it wouldn't be legal, since we're not residents - and hadn't been for a year when we had our wedding there. and then there are all sorts of legal issues you can run into if you get married there legally and then move out of state. it's no fun. but i heartens me to see one state making progress at the very least.
