i kept falling asleep yesterday. in the library. in the choral dungeon. and out here, on the grass in the middle of campus. all while trying to read. i drank some coffee before going to little scott's concert last night. because i am a huge fan of vaughan williams' five mystical songs and wanted to stay awake. which i did. so, good.

today, too busy. cleaning to do because our friend laura will be here this afternoon. but i have to run off to a wedding shower-type party. for which i need to make food and buy a present. meh. there is no time. and all the while, i really need to be working on my presentation for tuesday. seems unlikely that will happen today.

and you all are, like, meeting don mckellar and stuff like that. i'm totally not jealous. except how i am.
