even my valentine's day picture is of food. ::shrug:: this is the meal i spent hours on yesterday morning, if you can believe it. that's a cannellini bean spread with a tomato peel and parsley rose, a salad of spinach, butter lettuce, blood oranges, green apples and roasted beets cut into heart shapes (heart beets, get it?), crostini, a balsamic-blood orange dressing, truffles and a chocolate cherry scone (that blob in the upper right hand corner). all taken from vegan lunch box.

lord of the rings! the fandom that brought me to the internet. seriously. before that, i could barely manage a yahoo search. i was all about the frodo/sam. this was pre-lj for me, even. i was reading on yahoo groups (oh, the pain).

that would be rps. the very first thing i wrote was... oh, man... elijah wood/daniel radcliffe. i know! wanna talk about a special hell? it was very tame, though. i swear.

3. what is phin's otp of DOOM?

sirius/remus. ::moment of respectful silence:: i fall hard for my otps, and there have been many in my fannish years, but none have cut me quite so deeply as this one.

4. what is phin's favorite callum keith rennie movie?

wilby. yeah. i adore that movie. a lot.

5. which tv shows does phin watch religiously?

all of the above. bsg. gilmore girls. sga. i don't talk about them all the time, but i always watch. and THANK GOD for what happened on gilmore girls this week. about freaking time.

6. what is phin's wife's lj name?

mmm_cake!!! duh. :)

7. what is phin's current obsession?

all of the above. bsg, buffy, firefly. please don't make me choose.

10. what show does phin secretly think is awful but watches anyway?

ok, so it's probably not really so secret. stargate: atlantis. i really do love it. but i really think it's awful. i have no plans to stop watching it. or reading the fic. which is still awesome. that's the problem, really. the fic puts the show to shame. and when the show is better than usual, it's that much closer to the fic.
