yesterday was a two-picture day. because the day and the evening were so very different, they must be represented by different shots. so...

day

st. matthew rehearsals progress reasonably well. it's nice that there are many different conductors so it's not just all myrtle, all the time.

evening

we went to the rio last night (little scott, liz, matt, riikka, sean and i) and partook of their exceedingly powerful margaritas. much hilarity ensued. hilarity and raunch. whoo. for a little taste, you can view matt singing a very special psa he recorded at some former point in his life (if i'm remembering that correctly) while scott attempts to act it out.

i'm relieved to say that no one there showed anyone else naked pictures of him or herself, though it was touch and go there for a while.

and now i have to figure out how to get to school since i left my car in boulder last night, judging myself (wisely) too inebriated to drive. the bus is clearly the way to go, but i have to figure out what bus i can get without driving anywhere. an exciting adventure, to be sure.
