so. yesterday i actually made it through the whole list. and had two stale cookies as my reward. not true, really. my reward is our house looking beautiful and very close to finished. and clean enough that we won't be embarrassed when the nice man comes over in 30 minutes to sell us some insurance. i almost protested about having him come to the house but then i thought, hey, saves me time. and it's quite a deal they've offered us on both car and renter's insurance.
exciting, eh? this is what my days are like. soon to change to days of studystudystudying. because omg the preliminary exams are in a week. and i finally made myself look at exactly what is on them. and i'm kind of fucked because i never learned schenkerian analysis or species counterpoint. ::shakes fist at mount holyoke:: but hey, there's a library, i will go there and learn what i can. and what happens happens. a little course in schenkerian analysis wouldn't kill me, right? no, it would just potentially put me over the number of credits paid for by my assistantship. ugh. so, studying. right.
which means i will continue to be scarce. but the loves flows, yes it does.
