marched with some janitors tonight. it was good times. i'm proud of myself for knowing several labor slogans in spanish. though, when we were addressed as a crowd in spanish, i was sadly unable to cheer in the appropriate places as i have no idea what was being said. yes, i was all about labor and unity and justice. right. didn't even notice the giant poster of harry covered in dirt and wielding a sword over by that bus stop. right. it must have been something else that made me stop in my tracks and the person behind me thwack into me. yup.

really though, it was a great way to spend an evening. i was looking out for claire - even recognized a couple of the organizers as friends of hers. but she must have been with a different group tonight. maybe she's one of the ones who got arrested today.

we watched last night's gilmore girls when we got home. funniest episode in a very long time. even some implied incest and use of the word 'snog.' doesn't take much to make me happy.

i have to go to bed. now. because my interview tomorrow is at 10 in worcester. so, leaving house at... 8. bleh. right. if i were to get this job, i would have to be there at 7:30 every morning. i can't even think about that. just go. where the brown outfit. see what it's like. right?

yes, seiu! one of my best friends works for them too. are you guys in the boston area? she worked with justice for janitors in LA too. yes, very proud of my friends in the labor movement. go labor!
