whew. strong. my favorite way of peeling garlic is smashing it with the side of a knife and peeling the paper off. apparently there's a tool you can buy, a silicone tube, that'll do the job, too, which i just find stupid.

very strong. whew. i have used the silicone tubes and they're perfectly functional. myself, i just peel. i know, crazy.
