so i decided on watching rotk+commentary last night but was asleep before the end of the first disc. damn. it is not any comment on the commentary itself, which was so fun (excpet for sean, omg, someone please remove his vocal cords). i think maybe i just should have taken a nap in the afternoon or something. and camillafarfalla called while i was watching, which was lovely, so it made said first disc take longer than it would have.

yeah, excuses excuses. i just can't stay awake on that couch no matter what i do.

omigoodness. stella just came up to demand some love and attention and she is just the cutest thing ever. since chloe, of course.

i will now play the ego-boost meme game. because, really, we all love the ego-boost, just some of us are embarassed to admit it. i'm not feeling embarassed today, so i play:

1. Your hair. OMG curls. Not so sure I could handle blue, but I'm sure it looks fantastic on you.

2. Your group of friends. I've never been much good at groups of friends, but your social circle seems so wide and so warm and of that I am envious.

3. Your singing voice/musical talent. I cannot sing. I have so very little musical talent that it's amazing they let me play in the orchestra for as many years as I did. But, oh, if I could only.....

This was perfectly timed distraction - I'm working on a post for aurorbabe that is so totally kicking my ass it's not even funny.

Oh, and this is me posting from the RIGHT journal this time. See, I wasn't kidding about the kicking my ass part.

hahahaha hi. i was all aurorbabe??? bc really, i am bad at keeping up with my flist and who is on it and occasionally there are comments from people and i think who the hell are you? tonks. got it.

and wait, you as aurorbabe just told me you weren't sure about the blue hair. irony? yes.

actually, it's very subtle. i think you would like it. it's more subtle than i wanted but i suppose this way i haven't given and church old ladies heart attacks or anything.

it's true that my friends rock. which is kind of breaking my heart to think about. bc this fall, we who are here in noho will be in noho, connecticut, boston, new jersey, ann arbor and boulder. it makes me so sad that i won't be around them. this has been a great two years in that way.

and for #3... well. i have my own "if i could only"s about things like writing the way you do... so. ♥
