oooook. perhaps my criterea for choosing computer repair places needs revising. they said they would call me yesterday afternoon to let me know what was up and they didn't. so i called them this morning and the woman who answered was all 'um, well, i've been away for a while so i'm not sure what's going on, i'll have to call you back.' and then when she called back, she was all, 'i still don't know what's going on, i'll have the tech call you when he gets in.' which will be 'sometime later today.'

ok, folks, perhaps you don't understand. i feel like i am missing a limb or half of my brain. you do NOT get to treat this so casually. i feel like going down there to rough them up or something.

really, this will be a busy day and i'm not sure when i would even be getting to my computer but i want to know when it's coming home. ::cries::
