oh yes, the most important thing for me to be doing this morning is making yet more changes to my journal. but, yay! i finally like it. well... on my pc laptop i like it. on this frickin imac, not so much. why does this happen? i used overrides to reverse the sidebar and make the entry backgrounds partially transparant. looks great over there on the laptop. on this imac, the sidebar didn't reverse and the backgrounds are completely opaque. add to this that yesterday i saw my page on siena's computer and boxes that are transparent on this imac are black on her ibook. rrarrh! i give up. i hope you all can see it like it looks on my laptop - in all it's s/r prettiness.

it's another day of playing chauffeur for me. judy's got an appoitment. whatever. i'll bring my journal and the music for rehearsal tonight and try to be productive.

we have no hot water today! poof! gone. meh. water heater pilot out? that's my guess. but i'm not about to go down the basement and randomly hold a match to things to try to get it going again. must call landlord. blah.

also - yay for siena reading my journal yesterday and, when i picked her up, getting in the car with a macintosh and some peanut butter. sweet.
