phineasjonesyesterday, rach and i went into boston to lush and anthropologie - two stores where we can barely afford to browse. it was fun pretending anyway, and we did buy a few little things. and then we made it back here in time for my therapy appointment. and then spent the night watching eternal sunshine of the spotless mind (which rach hadn't seen yet) and some QaF and doing crafty projects. bc we're wild like that.
the QaF was s2, where i left off in my last viewing spree, some ethan episodes. you know, ethan works for me as a concept but, whywhywhyWHY do people insist on filming people fake-playing musical instruments badly. hm? why? either teach the kid to look like he's really playing (and take the time in the editing room to match the movements to the music) or don't show scene after scene of him writing around with an instrument in his hands. also, when justin asked him to play something romantic, i shouted (startling rach) meditation from thais! and what did he play? yep. also? then when they kissed, he dropped his violin on the bed. !!! as if.
anyway. enough of that. today, i have things i want to do. they all hinge on me being able to shower and get dressed and not fuck around on lj all day. so we'll see. but i want to...
-practice tai chi (will anyone mind if i go out in the empty part of the cemetery to do it? do i care?)
-edit a certain fic much overdue for editing
-work on my halloween costume (a sewing project. and i've never sewed before. should be interesting.)
-do some job searching

Also--I just got your voicemail, and L. is already on her way to drop the tape off at your house, but yay! I'm glad you can come for brunch.
