+it freaks me out that the people at my temp agency talk like the people in office space. "i just wanted to go ahead and check on that with you." also, they are approximately that inefficient. they just called to offer me three jobs, each one involving sunday or thursday hours. which they've known forever that i can't do. oy.

+mmm. frozen dinner. ::unimpressed::

+how would one go about cajoling someone with spiffy skills into make them an exciting journal layout? i haven't the frickin foggiest idea how to do them myself, and i see people doing them for others sometimes... is that like a precious-gift-just-because-i-adore-you kind of thing? or do some people do this for fun?

+i'm, like, wicked excited to give the voice lesson i'm about to give. this woman is a good musician naturally but has no technique. ::sniffle:: she finally came to me! ::weeps into hanky for the joy of it::

+i'm also wicked excited (boston pride day, i guess) to be going through the duets with the accompanist later. oh boy. which reminds me, i should mention that annelarissa and i are singing them in church on the 24th - that's next sunday. and anyone in boston or noho who wants to come should let me know. i can give you details. and bribes. we like audience, yes we does, precious. i'll plug the brilliant music and poetry later.

ahahha, yes, though i suppose some muslims might take offense at the 'holy cow' translation. more literally, it's 'oh my god!'
