and what a fine day it has been. there is much typing up to be done... ::cracks knuckles::

also, two people wrote longer stories and sent them to me in texty pieces. now, it's not fair to throw them into the mix for voting, since they're so much longer. and i never said what would be done about series. so... jjtaylor and musesfool get prizes! their series are below the poll. read them, dahlings, they're fabulous. (and tell me what you want for prizes, gals.)

1. Sirius ran up to Lupin, panting. "Snivellus just barked at me! I think he knows." "Peter told him." "Even the stuff in the 'yipping shack?'" "Arf!" by boixboi

2. it was never easy, but sirius liked that; it added spice. ease was boring, unless the ease in question was remus easing himself into sirius' bed. by starbuckle

3. Their bodies, though wasted by the pressure of closed rooms, by the cycling of the moon, fit together with the awkward grace of consolation. by fuschia

4. Remus had never used jello as a lubricant. He looked at the quivering arse in front of him and thought, Sirius had been right about the egg yolk. by kaalee

5. It isn't so bad anymore, waking up on the Shack's rough floor with Sirius curled around him. Smooth against his scars. Warm against the cold. by siwtchknife

8. Remus never yearned for the moon before. But now, he yearns for forgetfulness-- for the moon's white light to take away everything but his rage. by switchknife

9. They never realized how dangerous it is to corner an animal. We fought like rabid animals and licked the blood from each other after. by angelchildr

10. Remus sniffed the air. A familiar scent lingered in the room. Somebody has been marking my clothes, he mused. Thank goodness for Oxy-Clean! by ????

11. Sirius and Remus had some sex. When they were done having sex, Remus asked, "Can we have some more sex?" And then they had more sex. by scottxwl

12. Sirius looked at the lump of hair in his hand. "Why were you wearing a false mustache?" "The better to tickle you!" cried Remus, nuzzling him. by scottxwl

since all twelve entires star the same characters, reading them all at once makes them feel like twelve little linked bits in one big, disjointed story. i laughed kind of a lot while reading for this reason.

Oh, I'm glad you liked the mini-story. It was a crazy day at work and I couldn't think of anything text-worthy about r/s to send you. But then I thought about owl posts and I had the idea to send you 10,000 text messages in one day!

But, really, I get a prize? Eee! Your drabbles for these challenges have been fabulous (especially the remus/viggo -that totally blew me away), so, how about a mcgonagall-snape friendship, or a james-sirius prank, or a hermione/ginny, or, well, anything at all that strikes you.
