there was much insane fun at starbuckle's softball game this evening. i was joined by annelarissa, scottxwl, wildgreentide and holdenrevisited. we were... a bit on the raucous side. we cheered for jenny... usually when she was warming up or just standing around. but occasionally we managed to cheer when she had actually done something. the other team had a little girl cheering for them and at one point the pitcher on jenny's team shouted to her that the other team's cheerleader was better than theirs. well, that was it. we had to make a pyramid. just to show how much ass we kick. that's right.

next game: yoga cheerleading led by holdenrevisited. they ain't seen nothing yet.

also, we couldn't figure out why they would shout "nice rack!" at someone who had just hit the ball. but it didn't stop us from shouting, "woo jenny! nice rack!" whenever we were so inspired.

oh my goodness, is stella cute. she keeps running into the room with her favorite toy in her mouth and dropping it near one of us, waiting for us to throw it so she can do it again. so cute.

and finally, i am beta, hear me roar! ... yeah.

rack, huh? i think you likely misunderstood "nice rip!" or ... i can't think of anything else. hee. makes me wish i'd been sitting with you guys; also some of your bouts of laughter (which i couldn't quite place at the time) might make more sense now.
