i made a whirlwind trip to boston this morning to see my grad school friends rachel and allan. rachel was passing though - from colorado to maine - and allan is about to leave for points far south where he has a new job. it was wonderful to see them both. i love them very much. enough that i'll even forgive allan for saying he didn't like the PoA movie because it was too highly infused with teen sexual angst. ...

i napped when i got home and now rach and madmadharri are out getting some snacks to bring to scottxwl's where we're going shortly. or... actually, we may be going to annelarissa's, it occurs to me that i don't actually know. whatever, i'll follow everyone else.

i'm still not feeling very well. my weird nausea from yesterday lingers. maybe i'm pregnant. ahahahaha.

madmadharri and i saw PoA again last night. second time for her and third for me. you know, every time i see it, i like the things i like about it even more intensely and dislike the thing i dislike even more fiercely. and i have a hard time talking to other people about it because, except for allan and rachael, i think everyone likes it more than i do. not that i don't love many, many things about it. just... yeah.

it was really great to see your sweetie. and you get to see her next week! yay!!! be sure to feed her lots of protein and print out lots of slash. it seemed to make her happy when she was here anyway. :)
