heehee. chris rankin on fanfic:
Ahh, it's fantastic, I love it all. No, it's very funny actually. Certainly some of the slash fiction I've read over the last couple of years has raised a few eyebrows. It's just highly amusing that anybody who's got such an imagination can come up with such a bizarre storyline. Percy and Oliver Wood, those seems to be the most popular ones. Someone sent me one about Percy and Ginny – now that was wrong! It wasn't nice. Some of them are very good stories, especially the slightly less revoltingly dodgy ones.
(shoot, i closed the page. the link was from the leaky cauldron. i'm too lazy to get it right now.)

in other news, i've said in jest before that i won't see PoA because i won't be able to handle remus. i don't know if it's a joke anymore. this makes me want to cry. seriously.

and. i'm sitting here. minister meeting over. some rehearsal prep still to do but not much. and i just happen to have angel with me. what to you think i'm going to do?

actually, my new strategy is to watch them all as quickly as possible. so i can get back to being able to think about other things. would be nice.

Sorry about that. :(

I guess I can laugh at things like that because I expect so little from the HP movies. So far they haven't influenced my view of the stories or characters in the way the LotR films did, and I don't expect that to change, even with a new director.

oh! no sorry! of course it's kind of amusing if you're not ridiculous about it like i am.

i wish i could say that in complete honest but really harry in my head looks like daniel radcliffe... same with snape and ron and hermione etc. yeah. they haven't changed the way i understand or interpret the books or characters but... i'm still scared. ::shakes in boots::

and i totally have a ron action figure, btw. i'm just all waaaah! lupin! he's real, he's not plastic. oh god. yeah, that really is my problem and i only just realized it.

what to you think i'm going to do
