i'm awash in valentines day love. though i have been completely neglectful of this holiday, others have not. i came home last night to cards from powerfulkatrina and starbuckle and cookies from annelarissa. and this morning, ::clutches heart:: my love of loves gave me a card with a little box of paper hearts with sweet things written on them (like candy hearts but personal and also candy hearts aren't vegan) and... angel season 3!!!!!!!!! omg, she loves me. i know this especially because she doesn't like angel at all herself. but she got it for me anyway. is she the best or is she the best?

also, last night as i sleepily curled up with her, i asked her to tell me a wes/gunn bedtime story. and she did! and it had us both laughing uproariously. especially at the end.
rach: and then wes came in and they had sex.
me: hey! that's kind of a cheap ending.
rach: um... ok... not sex, pudding! and then wes came in and they had pudding. and then they had sex in the shower.
me: hey!
rach: oh no, wait. they're in the hospital. so it was a sponge bath.
