our kitten might be a dog. when she wants to play, she picks up her favorite toy in her mouth and jumps up into one of our laps or on our desks with it so we can toss it. and then, yes, she goes after it and brings it back to us. omg, her cuteness.

A fetching kitty! Cute and very convenient! Our cats will fetch now and then, though each will only do it with a particular and different type of object.
