but first, brunch to celebrate rach's birthday! mmmbrunch. what a fantastic meal. any meal with breakfast foods is an exciting one. we'll be serving blueberry muffins, waffles with many topping choices, soy sausage, scrambled tofu, fruit and, for dessert, chocolate swirl (un)cheesecake! cheesecake inspires exclamation points in me, apparently. not surprising, since it's sooo goood!!!
