hoocha. i'm up. rarin' to go! except not. i would be... if i were going to be meeting with anyone but my boss. oh, i don't like her. no no. alas. she is the minister and i, the lowly choir director. i will sit in her house and listen to her cheezy plans for opening sunday and weeks to follow. please please please let her have ditched the 'angels with broken wings' theme for the second week. ugh. come on lady, there cheese and there's cheez.

look at this - structure! meeting this morning. interview tomorrow morning. it shows just how structure-less my life has been of late that this seems like a crowded schedule. i like it, though. i'm in a great mood. even though i'm not really prepared for this morning's meeting. oh sure... i've been researching church music grants all summer! oh yeah, except somehow i didn't find a one. heh. lalala. yes, i did have quite a bit of coffee this morning... why do you ask?

i want to have time to read the rest of ivyblossom's 'stages of fanfic addiction'... but not til later i fear. the first few had me a-gigglin' though. all too familiar.

first, the meeting. and some quality time in the choral room of the music store. then... more to read. yes yes. omg. can't calm down! can't stop babbling! help!

oh! and rach actually requested that we watch buffy tonight! (the continuation of last night's rerun that is). woot! and she couldn't understand why i was so excited. right. cuz she's never been a little disdainful of my addictions? right.

ain't it though? i almost peed my pants when she asked me that? she was all cute... is the next episode on tomorrow or next week?... can we watch it? CAN we? hahahaha! yeeeeehaw!

and by the way... what? buffy stabbed faith! arrggh!! and... why is wesley there? why is rupert not the watcher any more? why is faith working for the mayor? um... i'm sure i had other questions... like why did angel dump buffy? (so he could go have his own series? :) )

Faith was always unstable. She was much more interested in the power of being the Slayer than the responsibilities. She grew more and more out of control until she actually killed somebody. But she wouldn't back down, and everyone tried to help her and she turned her back everyone and went and joined the mayor.

Angel dumped Buffy because they needed to get him ont his own series. It was really...not well done. It was mostly because they couldn't be intimate because it would, you know, get rid of his soul. So they tried setting up all these barriers to their relationship, to keep themselves away from each other. They eventually got to the point where they had all these feelings the ycould express and decided to only way to be apart was to not be around one another anymore. Angel moves to LA.

When the Slayer turns 18 she is put through a test. She is drugged and all her Slayer powers are temporarily removed. She is then put in a situation with a Vampire and they see if she can take care of it. Giles went along because it had been done since The Begining, but then realized it was compeletely stupid and refused to participate. He was kicked out of the council for that and Wesley was sent as his replacement.
