phineasjonesi had a whole series of anxiety dreams about work last night. just about being unprepared, not knowing what's going on this coming sunday etc. which i don't and which should be fine as i have time to plan. but yes, there's no reasoning with my anxiety levels. the good news is that when i got up, there was an e-mail for me about the coming service and they don't even need the choir. ! yeah, i am so off the hook. hear that anxiety? back off!
so. i have a lot to say about this weekend. a lot. mostly right now i am feeling full of love for my lady, my friends, fellow fans, fandom, pj, the cast, the movies, bernard hill. etc. love love and more love. and a little wistful sadness that this weekend i've been looking forward to for so long is now in the past.
before i get to recording the events in my various journals, let me say that peter jackson wasn't there. yeah. he supposedly couldn't get away from editing the rotk:ee. so he appeared via satellite from NZ. and that was really just fine with me. i still got to hear him talk and what difference would it have made to me if he were sitting there in person? not much, i think. viggo also was not there. sad times. but really, if he had been there, i may have been distracted from bernard hill, with whom i am now in love. so maybe it was for the best. yes, bernard was there. along with elijah, sean a. and andy. and that is all i have to say for the moment. more to come.
