ah. sweet relief. just now i couldn't remember what the boys who hang off the back of car-rapides in dakar are called. i was completely obsessed with them when i was there, wanted desperately to be one when i grew up. and then, this morning, i couldn't even remember what they're called. sad, sad times. but i looked it up. apprentis!!! phew. i found it on a website. but first i looked in a journal from when i was there and had a good laugh at myself. wow. so many things i didn't know. what do i not know now, i wonder... ::looks around suspiciously::

all i want to do is start on the weekend of movies and margaritas. my chat with scottxwl yesterday enhanced that feeling. yes. to her credit, rach watched the ttt trailer with me last night. somewhat enthusiastically even. that was nice. but now i'm ready to get amongst geeks and squee over the goodness.

hmmm, yesterday i noticed what little teeth viggo has. leeetle teeth. heh.
