phineasjonesi had to come in here and type to get myself to stop poking at the onions i'm trying to caramelize. it's one of those cooking tasks that requires more patience than i have. doodoodoooo.
there is a huuuuge funeral going on right now. people are lined up out the door and around the corner. and there are cars everywhere. i tried looking in local obits but couldn't find anyone particularly important who died. huh.
i had good time with anney and jenny today, buying house stuff and groceries. tuckered my little self out though, i'm all iron-low and tired lately.
oh, beep beep. that means my dough has risen and i can go put it in the pan now. mmmpizza.

NORTHAMPTON - Constance Driscoll, 76 of Ryan Rd. died Thursday at her home. Her Husband Jeremiah Driscoll died in 1995, She leaves her 5 sons Kevin, Paul, Kerry, Brian and Timothy. 3 daughters Kandy Pinard, Tammy Petrowicz and Tracy Driscoll. 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. The funeral will be Tues. morning 9 am, followed by a Mass at Annunciation Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-8 p.m. Memorials can be made to Hospice or the American Lung Association.
