i'll throw in a vote for "in your eyes." fell in love w/ it when i was but a girl, dancing around to the local pop station in my living room in my socks. it was one of the first recordings i ever bought with my own money (because tapes cost a lot of allowance). :::loves:::

I think I would have to agree. It's hard for me to feel objective about that song though. It's so tied in with feelings of teenage angst for me. But yeah, it's great.

it's definitely one of the greats. never fails to be fabulous. something i could listen to over and over and over and over and over again and then a few more times after that. also in the same category: "the sweetest thing" by U2. *sigh*
