so, we were wandering the streets of siena two weeks ago or so, when we came to this store which my friend described as the italian gap. we went in, as rachel and i were desperate for some cooler clothing. the woman in the store was bitchy to me like no one else has ever been. this was not some culture clash situation. she was a bitch. we promptly left, noticing the sign in the window - they were looking for employees, no one over the age of 23, please submit resume and photo. yup.

then. i saw this picture in the window (see icon). i wish i could show you it in its full glory - so you could see him sitting in his black boxer briefs, legs splayed, one hand draped in his crotch. but the flash-through-glass-window shot i took didn't come out so well. truly shocking sight out in the middle of the street for a lil ol'american girl like myself. i would see more of their stores and photos over the next few days and in other cities. a woman with one breast exposed (right, i know, it's europe), and woman lying back on a couch, sucking her finger and playing with herself. i kid you not.

so, i just checked out their website. which is essentially soft porn. yeah. not exactly the gap, i'll tell you. i couldn't even really explore all the special little features with my slow dial up. but, um. whew. yeah. curious?

i've been meaning to post more stories about my trip. hasn't happened yet. maybe i'll get on that this weekend. did you look at the site? pretty crazy.
