phineasjonesright. productive day? can i do it? what do you think?
i have to do the following things:
1. pick a second anthem, introit and benediction for this sunday
2. choose music for easter
3. e-mail orchestra guy about the dress rehearsal on saturday
4. e-mail R with brahms concert details
5. get tix for BU performance
6. e-mail evil!minister with hymn suggestions and music choices
7. call trumpet player about easter
8. begin search for string 4tet for music service, figure out keyboard part that will cover the winds
9. wash the frickin dishes
10. do some laundry
if i get all those things done, i can stain the table which will be my new desk. thanks, rents! i can't wait to get rid of the monstrous hunk of junk that is my present desk. it seemed like a good idea at the time, 6 years ago, but i have vowed i will never again purchase furniture of the non-real wood variety. this pressed wood or whatever it's called just ain't worth it. nope.
ah. it's nice to have written out that list. at least now i have a plan. i think i should add 'go for a walk' because it's really beautiful out.
ugh. i need new icons. i'm ready to retire the s/r snowy one, the arwen with stars, the 'good' draco (hard to let him go, but it's time), fearless!eowyn (though i think i want another eowyn in her place), and probably the harry/ron hug which was just meant to be temporary anyway. so that's... 5. a task for another day.
