nothing clever

ok. i've been up for half an hour. it's 6:45. yes. early. damn, it feels good.

things to do before 8:30am
- call siena to make plans to meet up in rome
- e-mail paris hostel to confirm reservation
- e-mail starbuckle
- practice alleluia and plan rehearsal
- praise the mysterious presence that this is the last sunday of the regular church year.
- look at tanglewood website so i can see if there's something i can take my dad to and thus tell him it is his father's day present
- shower, dress and eat breakfast

ha! sure, no problem.

yesterday turned out to be rather good in its own way. seeing hominidj is always so nice. and what a thrill to have someone in rl get all excited about lj. and while it's majorly embarrassing to talk to him about my slash interests, he is remarkably understanding an non-judgmental. it would serve me right if he were judgemental... for all those years i ragged on the stuff he was into. alas. still he wonders why a big ol'dyke like me likes to read about the pretty boys... so do i. so do i. but not much anymore. now i just enjoy.

but, so, yesterday. we also got our living room looking pretty spiffy finally. cooked lots of good food. cleaned out the very last things from the old apt. had some good, quality girlfriend-y time. yeah. all good. but i don't have any euros yet. whoops. monday morning before i go, i guess.
