fishing for bunnies
Mar. 19th, 2003 09:16 amblurgh. not sure why i just ate several spoonfuls of peanut butter.
i just looked on maps to see where this therapy appointment is... she said there was parking over there but i think i shall walk and take the T anyway... though it looks like a bit of a walk on the other end. we'll see. who told her it was a good idea to have an office in the south end, anyway? north, people. we like north.
i read cusp again last night before sleeping. and experienced the dreaded result of printing something out in a sleepy state - the last page was missing. d'oh!
oh, hey,
harrimad_sol said she might just write a little ron-ish drabble for the occasion of my birthday... and i said i would try to provide a bunny... but i'm currently drawing blanks. anyone else have a spare? either ron/harry or ron/draco... or whatever. someone! help!
ok. to the shower. must smell pretty for the therapist.

Date: 2003-03-19 09:31 am (UTC)Harry and Draco are together. But Draco returns from the summer or winter holidays having learned something that disturbs him greatly, and locks himself in his room to sulk. He sulks for days, not emerging at all, and finally somebody fights his way past Crabbe and Goyle, who have been loyally guarding the door, and comes to his room. Draco expects Harry, and is simultaneously angry and relieved-- but it's not Harry, it's Ron. He's come to chew Draco out for putting Harry through the emotional wringer.
Ron: *$%!@ you bastard!
Draco: You don't understand. Harry was abused as a child. We're dating because I'm a bastard.
At this point Ron either storms out and attempts to comfort Harry, or beats some sense and humility into Draco, depending on one's preference.

thank you!!! bunny-sharing should win people some kind of karmic points. this one has great potential for ron to play the hero - and really, he deserves it every once in a while.

Date: 2003-03-20 07:05 am (UTC)I remembered my proper H/R bunny.
Ron and Hermione visited Viktor over the holidays. Harry didn't get to, because Harry never gets to do anything. Harry and Ron are sitting together on the train back to Hogwarts-- Hermione's off somewhere else, or maybe just reading a book-- and Ron's telling Harry all about the trip. Ron's *incredibly* excited. He and Krum played Quidditch together! Krum said maybe Ron would be on the House team this year, he's good enough! And then they talked, and then, and then . . . "Harry, you won't look at me funny if I tell you something, will you?" . . . and then they fooled around a bit, and Ron's *so* excited, because Krum's his *hero*, and his *friend* as well now . . . Harry's just stunned. He doesn't say anything. He'd always assumed that Ron was, well, his, without ever actually thinking about it at all. Eventually Ron notices Harry's silence, assumes that Harry despises him for liking other boys, and storms away. Harry is left very, very alone.
Mmmm, teenage angst.
bunnies!
