what does a pinched nerve feel like? could that explain that pain that starts in my shoulder and moves all the way up my neck and down my arm? just wondering. cuz. ow.
i am having a desperate urge to read some lotrips. that hasn't happened in a long time so i think i should go with it. where to start? i want to dig around for some billy/elijah. that's just the kind of mood i'm in. lalala.
had the loveliest of chats withannelarissa and starbuckle this afternoon. more tomorrow morning! yay. we sit three to a papasan loveseat in a sunny yellow room. and it's very cozy.

Date: 2003-03-12 07:14 am (UTC)so. we'll have to agree to disagree about all this, i guess. i agree one can't let other people dictate her taste... but then you go around making absolute statements about what is tasteful and what is not. there's not a lot of 'in my personal opinion' going on in your rants. like we both said, it's absolutely your choice to do that. and it's my right to get upset when my friends are hurt by it. most people in the world do not have iron-strong self-esteem.

Date: 2003-03-12 07:25 am (UTC)i don't think it's necessary to say 'in my opinion' when you're talking about what is obviously your opinion. it insults the intelligence of your listener, like writing 'i think' in a first-person essay. it's silly to back off from your opinions or apologize for them--on anyone's part. there's nothing wrong with disagreeing with people.

Date: 2003-03-11 08:37 am (UTC)Yup. Sounds like a pinched nerve. If you have sore muscles in your shoulder, that could be causing it. Some kind of anti-inflammatory like Alleve should do the trick. Hope you feel better soon!
