also happy that some people do wacky things like write real e-mail in the face of a downed lj. i don't think that even crossed my mind. :)

i'm off to work this morning. pretty soon. my mom's partner called and suggested we have lunch and find the new dar williams cd. i think that's a smashing idea, i hope i can work it into my day. i'm feeling pretty good right now, mostly because of things i managed to get done yesterday. but, right, this is what the therapy would be about... i'm thrilled with myself because achieving what would be anyone else's normal daily levels of activity feels like a major coup to me.

and, on that topic, i just want to make sure you all know how fabulous you are. really. i... ::gets weepy:: you're great! and ::sniff:: you know, thanks.
