phineasjonesspent the night at my parents' house and watched last week and this week's buffys back to back.
i feel really manipulated about the whole giles thing. i mean, usually i don't mind being manipulated by this show, but this was so heavy handed and not so well resolved. the whole thing when he went to see the eye thingy with anya? where did that go? grmph.
kennedy however, is cuteness. we likes her.
and andrew. squeee!!! <3 where is the xander/andrew goodness?
hmm. i seem to be a little too sleepy for in depth commentary. i want the spike/buffy. i love tortured, angsty spike more than i can say. and i knew as soon as wood mentioned his mother being killed what was coming next. and that's just fine bc buffy clearly should be with spike anyway. right? right.

seanarenay that the xander storyline tonight seemed... superfluous and made for a crowded plot. but i think the overall function had to do with anya's jealousy and i'm going to wait to see how that plays out. even if we all know xander would be happier in geeky, comic book reading, gay love with andrew.
