why am i still here?

i could be doing the same stuff at my parents' house with a much faster connection. all i have to do is get dressed and get in the car. sure, it sounds easy.

hah. starbuckle's up and going for a run. now i feel extremely lazy. will get dressed soon.

i was up til 2:30 or so... doing nothing. reading some sirius/remus that was much better than i thought it was going to be - thus, got hooked and had to read the 5 existing parts of a wip. staying up til 2:30 is nothing new. but when's the last time i got up at 7? couldn't tell ya.

so. off to the rents' where i can wash sheets and play and try to find the missing cats. then driving judy to the chiropractor. then pick up the old monster computer from dean and tracy - who are moving back to canada and for some reason don't want to take it with them. weird that they're leaving. i won't miss them. but weird anyway.

much thinking going on in my little head. about scottxwl and hominidj and starbuckle and girlslash (as inspired by lobelia321). too many thoughts to write. especially when i need to go get dressed and leave.

i was sitting across the table from rach last night when i read, "potter, you can skin malfoy's shrivelfig" and snorted out loud. thankfully, she didn't ask.

oh, my dear scott. have you still not read harry potter? sirius and remus are characters from the third book, my favorite. i will say no more. get thee hence! read!

Well, here's my thinking: you and Julian and Sarah all seemed to have the same reaction to the Harry Potter movie: "It was...okay." Whereas I LOVED it. This supports my theory that movies just Cannot stand up next to a book. So I will read the books after I see the movies, 'cause the books will Always be good.

BAD reasoning. jeeez. you'll have to wait forever and i'll have to be all careful about spoilers and shit and... ::sigh:: you miss the point that the books will be better if you haven't seen the movies. it's so much more fun when you don't know everything that's going to happen. and... and... wrah! you would love them. why wait for the movies? read, enjoy. squee with the world!

oh, and is it true that you've foung the 'never before seen footage' on the dvd? where the hell is it?
