phineasjonesi'm eating this bagel because i know i'll regret it later if i don't but... uuahhh. tummy. i'm dealing with a combo of cramps and the results of last nights antics. i drank about 2/3 of a bottle of wine and ate tons of sushi and chocolate cake. i'm really not feeling my best right now.
it was a fun night though. we made dome damn good sushi - inari and various combinations of avocado, carrot, cucumber and smoked tofu maki. the wine drinking colored the rest of the night. i haven't seen rach that drunk since... hmm, well i don't actually remember. by the time we got to cake eating, we were downright silly. i do believe i licked the cake, as well as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
camillafarfalla's plate - off of which she continued to eat. yeah, well, i just have this thing about cream cheese frosting.
anyhoo, today's sermon topic: the soul of seeking. no, i don't really know what that means. something about searching for truths and maybe we're all searching for the same thing and yada yada. we're singing that uu classic spirit of life as arranged by one of the choir members and a fun arrangement of amazing grace. nice and easy this morning. i just have to manage to stay awake the whole time.
