am home. we purchased a large piece of exercise equipment today. i say 'we.' i mean rachael. she's got this benefit at work that means she can get most of it paid for. if it means we exercise more, it will be a very good thing.

but now we're home and i'm fricking exhausted. i can't say how the sermon was today because i zoned through the entire thing. usually i at least get the gist. well, i kind of got the gist today too: perfectionism is bad. ok. i'm not perfect. lalala.

i bought this patch to stick on my knee and it keeps it feeling icy hot for hours. it's rather nice. and some ibuprofen. bleh. ::tells self again that drugs are not inherently bad:: ::tries to believe it::
