so. yeah. it was a fairly good day, today. great to see

camillafarfalla and search for music together and sit and have coffee and chat fandom. if not for her to spill things to, i might very well have exploded by now. just burst. kablooey. but, thanks to camilla (and other lovely folks like

starbuckle and

harrimad_sol), i'm still in one piece. more or less.

coming to the conclusion that i should read dv already. just to know what everyone's all atwitter about.

rach is in the throes of writing her personal statement. ugh. i remember it only too well. i hated that thing with every fiber of my being. she's a much better writer than i am - i thought it would be easier for her. guess not. poor thing. i'm trying to be helpful but... it just has to be done and that's that. my poor lady.
