sad to say, i feel the harry potter movie doesn't really hold up to multiple viewings. it's rather disappointing really. the movie in general, that is. so much potential but it doesn't quite make it. i feel like it gets some of the details right but misses the overall essence of the books. sap that i am, i love the books because of harry's character and his plight. the movie does nothing with that. ok, yes, i don't need to go any further with that.

not enough unpacking done today. when will we ever be done unpacking? before i go to europe? please? maybe? pretty please?
