Hmm. I'd say something like spinach dip, but that's not vegan... or things that originally required cooking (pasta salad? pesto doesn't need to be cooked if you have pasta already...) -- otherwise, I'd probably give up and just eat things that could be microwaved and already prepared foods. Or do you have any small, not-much heat-generating appliances? Crock-pot? That's good when it's too hot for the stove...
