even chloe was bored to sleep by my homework. heh. i would be allowed to bitch more if i had managed to do more homework yesterday. and spent less time, oh, say, posting about ckr or watching veronica mars. but, man, my minimal self-discipline just flies out the window when rach is away. it's a miracle i manage to feed myself and wipe my own butt.
ok, that was a bit of an exaggeration. still, i rely on my lady for a sense of what to do when. and i always forget that until she's not here.
though i do know that right about now i ought to be getting in the shower so i can get to rehearsal on time. i'm not sure it's going to happen but there's a rumor that we're going out for beer and bowling after symposium tonight. when riikka, whose english is very good but not perfect, e-mailed me and mentioned it, she called it 'bear bowling.' which really sounds like an entirely different thing.
