Yes. It can be hard, it depends on how stuck in place the old one is and how much plumbing is in the way. As you face the back of the headlight, turn the plastic assembly that has the wires attached to it about a quarter(?) turn CCW. Then you can pull it right out of the headlight. I think the bulb pulls straight out of the plastic thingy and the new one pushes straight in. Then you poke the whole thing back in to the headlight, all the way, and turn it CW as much as you turned it CCW. Make sure it's in right, otherwise the headlight beam will point in the wrong place and dirt/moisture can get in the headlight. You're supposed to keep the bulb clean while you do all this. Don't pull on the wires! The manual may have suggestions.
