belated happy birthdays to srik and bowdlerized!!!

yesterday i learned that lutheran services are just as boring as episcopalian services. possibly more. the choir was sweet and working with them was pleasant. but the heavy polyester robe i had to wear and the 1 1/2 hours of trinity sunday blather i could have done without. the rest my day was really nice. a little picnic with rach. going out for gelato. a bunch of reading. trying not to sleep all day long. i think i got myself a little jet-lagged. probably related to the whole getting up the morning after arriving to go to that wedding. but i think i'm recovering.

today i have good things to do. a beta, yay. and then mostly just planning to figure out how to make my days work. it's always a scary thing when i'm in charge of my own time. so i need schedules. charts. plans. whatever it takes to keep myself in line for the summer. while having some relaxing, summerish fun here and there too, of course.

(i'm planning to have some flylady time in my life again. is anyone else out there doing flylady anymore? anyone want to so we can bond about it? let me know.)

i feel like my mission in life is complete. what will i do now?
