among our various other errands yesterday was a trip to the tattered cover. it's such a lovely bookstore. so cozy.
i just dropped rach off at work. she's going to be at a work-related retreat until wednesday. and then she'll get back just in time to drive me to the airport. :( this will be the longest we've been apart in a really long time. that part stinks. the going to massachusetts part does not stink. i'm getting pretty excited about that.
also pretty weirded out by the 10-year college reunion part of the trip. i am excited to go. i love my school. i just... don't know how many people i'll be excited to see who are actually going. i guess i'll find out. i don't know why these things make me so nervous.

jjtaylor et al part. :) and all the friends and family i can mash into those days i'll be there.
for now, my mission is to figure out how to keep from turning into a lethargic lump while rach is not here. no sleeping on the futon with the tv still running! no. i will not revert to that bachelor state - a state i was never actually in when i was single. no. the kitties and i will have a productive three days. won't we, kitties?
