i walk by this pretty little pond-thing most days. in the warmer weather, there are always turtles. all fall, every time i walked this way, i thought, "look, ray! turtles!" and so i kind of think it even now, when there are no turtles. where do the turtles go?

i am going to miami in 4 days. i know, what? crazy! i'm... not ready. not at all. i have a lot of shit to be getting together before then. bleh. yeah, i'm going for the american choral director's association national convention. with rachel, liz, ben and alexa. and then my rachael is coming down thursday night for sunny fun. this should be a great trip, i just can't really get my mind around it.
