i feel like i'm taking an awful lot of food pictures. so to spice this one up, i made rach get in the picture with the stir fry i made last night. :) blurry but tasty.
i just got back from doing some grocery shopping and i'm trying not to stress about the work i have to do today. i just... don't wanna. how's that for mature? and i need the library today, too. there's no way to avoid going to boulder. sigh.
today my mom is having a "procedure" done on her knee. i believe procedure in this case means it's not surgery but it still hurts like a fucker so they have to put her under. ultimately, it should aid in the healing process from the actual surgery. good thoughts for my mom are much appreciated.
i want there to be a fraser/kowalski story called 'a little soft shoe, gentle sway.' but i don't know what it would be about, exactly. i just like the idea of it. mm.
better get back to my unbelievably boring book.
