(no subject)

ugh. yesterday was more patchy internet access. it's SO annoying. but there's a rumor that our new modem will be arriving today so i'm hoping against hope that this craziness will soon end.

rach has some temp work lined up for tomorrow through next friday. which is awesome because it means she'll have some income but... it also means i will be all by my lonesome for much of the next week. which normally would be no problem but... i have no friends here. how weird is that? even friend rachel is away still. i don't know, i look forward to some time to myself but that might be a bit intense.

dan and laura came down from the mountains yesterday and we hung out and then took them to the airport. :( friends. i likes them, precious. i don't want them to leave. ::sigh::

we have direct tv here and we get logo - the mtv-run gay station. which is a little bit hilarious. but they play graham norton new york and last night they ran the elijah wood & john malkovich show and omg, so hilarious. i assume everyone but me had already heard about them looking at the theban band site on the show but man, i wet my pants laughing. cuteness.

um, ok. must get going on the day. we have fun tasks like securing colorado driver's licenses lined up for today. the good times just keep on coming.
