wow, is shacking_up making up for lost time all of a sudden or what? there are many fics. that is good.

mmm. sunday. what this means for me this week is 1.) work and 2.) filing taxes. w00. don't you want to be me?

i wanted to tell camillafarfalla about friday's lotr calendar picture which is legolas making his dorky 'a diversion' face. hee. i wasn't at my desk much friday so i had to save this one and put it next to the weekend's happy pre-quest frodo. both of these pics induce lots of smiling. i hear camilla's voice in my head as we whisper together obnoxiously in the theater... wait, what's that called?... i know there's a word for that... what is it?... oh! diversion! right! thanks leggy.*

yesterday, we went to the new(ish) cafe in town and i have to say, thumbs up. it is a great alternative to the noise and color and bustle of haymarket (which i also love). it's bright and simple and clean and my latte was damned good. only drawback was the $.75 soy milk charge, which is just over the top. everywhere else on the planet charges $.50, max.


*when just about anyone else talks to me during this movie, i want to elbow them in the face. but camilla has special privileges.
